	About Photography (turn-key) Production Services Q. How is it possible to turn-key photo plaque presentations with "little or no plaque assembly" at tournament site? Photo Insert Plaques are pre-designed and factory assembled to accommodate event photographers with simple/quick (turn-key) production procedures. This common sense "paradigm shift" saves (on-tournament-site) production time and enables Photo Insert Plaques to be "presentation ready" before players finish play; this will all become self evident with sample plaques - in hand. Q. Do event photographers need additional tools, equipment, training or helpers, to turn-key Photo Insert Plaques presentations, before players finish play? Absolutely Not! For a tournament of 100-144 player/shotgun start: One mobile photographer (with golf cart going from group to group) should finish the photo shoot within 2 hrs. This will leave at least 3 hrs. (plenty of time with one helper) for photo processing, and insert procedures. One stationary photographer with (on-site) digital photo processing, will easily keep up with each passing group and all photo processing and insert procedures.   About 'Presentation Ready' Packaging Choices Q. What does "presentation ready" mean and what are my packaging choices? Presentation ready refers to tournament plaques that are packaged and ready to be handed out. Shrink Wrap Packaging: Plaques are individually shrink wrapped and are accompanied with a decorative photo holder; group photos are simply inserted into a decorative photo holder and presented with each (shrink wrapped) plaque. Photos are to be inserted into the plaques at the convenience of each recipient; No (on-tournament-site) plaque assembly is required. Poly Bag Packaging: If you choose to insert the group photos (on-tournament-site), Photo Insert Plaques will come individually packaged in easy access poly bags. When (simple/quick) photo insert procedures are completed, plaques are simply slipped back into the poly bags and closed with a gold twist tie, ready for presentation.   About Laser Plate (promotional graphics) Imprints Q. Are there any laser plate imprint set-up charges? There are no set-up charges for quantity orders of 24 plaques or more. Orders under $300 are subject to a $50 surcharge. Q. When I order, how will I know what the laser plate graphic imprints looks like? We fax or e-mail proof layouts so you can see, make changes and pre-approve graphics before we proceed to final imprint production.   About Ordering Terms & Deadlines Q. If I Place my order by… will I receive it by…? We recommend placing orders at least 1 month before shipment request, however, sometimes orders do fall within 1 month comfort zone. If this is your situation, fear not, we will not commit to any order if we cannot meet your required date. We understand your concerns with this question because tournament dates are set in cement, so we will give you a direct and realistic, go/no go explanation, depending on project dynamics and our current work load. Q. When will my order be started and when will it be shipped?. Production does not begin until we have received the signatured order form and/or the required deposit. On each order from there is a place to indicate a delivery date, in most cases, shipments will go out (UPS/Fedex-ground) at least 1 week before indicated date.
